Paid Services to Properties / Real-estate 

The paid services shall be open on the platform in Properties/ real-estate category from 01-Feb-2023 onwards. Currently, we offer all our Services to the owners of the properties at free of cost except 'featured Ad with videos'.

We offer 'featured Ad with videos' for the 'direct property owners' with a service fee discussed and agreed with the owners prior to the start of this service and in that case our services shall be made available to them until their property is sold out.

Agents and developers shall be allowed to post only paid Ads from 01-Feb-2023. We shall be offering 'featured Ad with videos' for the 'Agents and developers' with a one time nominal fee of INR 10000/- per Ad and in that case our services shall be made available for 1 year from the date of approval of the advert.

Please note that the verified phone numbers of the sellers shall be shown only on those adverts that opt for 'video advertising'.
